trying to get an idea of where I'm at as I start training for next year (yes, it's the first week of December and I'm already thinking about my '08 schedule)...This is a CF total, taken from Crossfit...work up to 1 rep max of back squat, shoulder press and deadlift (I also did a max set of pullups, no kip, to start)
Back Squat 235 lbs. (245 wasn't full ROM, so it doesn't really count)
Press 130 lbs.
Deadlift 295 lbs.
total: 660 lbs.
